Delivery & Returns
All our product are available to ship to the UK and our photo prints can be shipped to the USA. We are working to make our products globally available in the coming weeks. We will update this page once and notify customers through our social media accounts when this is ready. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you desperately want an item not available in your region, please contact us to arrange a special delivery.
UK orders: Free shipping on all products except photo prints (£3.99 per order).
USA orders: £3.99 per order (only photo prints available).
Production & Delivery Times
All our products are printed to order and take up to 3 working days before they are ready to ship. Once an order is shipped it will be delivered in 1-3 working days. Please see the shipping services below for more detailed delivery times.
Photo Prints: UK orders are sent on a Royal Mail 48 Tracked service and take 2-3 working days for delivery. USA orders are sent on a USPS First Class service and take 2-4 working days for delivery.
Canvas Prints: UK orders are sent on either a Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed or FedEx Tracked service, depending on the size, and take 1-2 working days for delivery.
Other Products: UK orders are sent on a Royal Mail 24 untracked service and take 1-3 working days for delivery.
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If cancelling an order which is not damaged, defective or ordered in error, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the order within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Gift cards
- Personalised Products (Items that have been modified with a name or message)
- Commissioned Artwork (Artwork created specifically for you by the artist)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery has taken place
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we have confirmed that we will accept your return, you can send your parcel to the address below;

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Please email me at email@example.com if you wish to return a gift you have received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but in most cases your replacement will arrive within 7-10 days.
If you are shipping an item with a high monetary value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund/exchange can only be authorised on my receipt of the original item.
